Meet your guide for the Gorilla trekking in Rwanda and Uganda starting from Kigali and start off from Kigali for your gorilla trekking adventure. you check in at your hotel and later head out for Kigali city tour

Dinner and overnight at Hotel Des Millie Collines

You will embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. As you traverse the beautiful Rwandan countryside, enjoy the changing landscapes, from rolling hills to lush forests. Arrive at your lodge near Bwindi in the evening, where you can settle in and unwind. Enjoy a hearty dinner at the lodge, and prepare for the next day's exciting adventure.

Dinner and overnight Rushaga Havens Lodge

On this day You will be escorted to a professional gorilla guide and tracker to lead you into the forest’s secret paths, looking for a habituated gorilla family.

Once found, you’ll approach the gorillas quietly and settle down to observe them from between 7 and 10m (22 to 32 ft) away.

You’ll spend between 40 minutes and an hour with the gorillas, watching the adults forage and groom each other while the babies tumble and play.

You’ll be under the watchful gaze of the great silverback patriarch, whose soft brown eyes constantly sweep over his family protectively. Witnessing gorillas express typically human gestures and emotions is a truly profound experience

Game drive – Boat cruise at the Kazinga Channel

You will wake up early and be driven to the Kasenyi plains or Mweya area with your packed breakfast for the early morning game drive.

This morning game drive is designed to allow you spot the nocturnal animals going back to their dens after hunting in the night. Expect to see Leopard, hippos, hartebeests, lions, small primates, birds and other early morning risers.

On completing the game drive, you will be taken back to the lodge to have early lunch then go rest as you wait for the next activity in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

At 2.00 pm, the company guide will transfer you to the Kazinga Channel for a boat cruise. The Kazinga Channel Separates Lake Edward from Lake George. It is a collection point for most of the wildlife in Queen Elizabeth. It is also one of the best spots for bird watching in Africa.

Dinner and overnight will be at Buffalo Safari Lodge 

After breakfast, the guide will come pick you and take you for another game drive in Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park on your way to Rwanda.

The main purpose of this game drive is to see the famous tree climbing lions at the Ishasa section of Queen Elizabeth National park. The lions can be sighted resting on top of fig and acacia trees after hunting in the night.

The lions stay on top pf the trees to escape insect bites on the ground while also giving them great views of their next meal. Expect to see elephants, buffaloes and the Uganda Kob among other wildlife in the Ishasha sector.

After having enough of the game drive in Ishasha, it’s time to begin the journey back to Rwanda and to the Volcanoes National park. We hope you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and countryside during your journey back to Rwanda. Lunch will be taken during the journey back to Rwanda.
Dinner and overnight at Lebambou Gorilla Lodge.

After breakfast, you will move to the park headquarters where your guide will complete the essential official procedure of briefing. You will then meet your ranger guide for a briefing about gorilla tracking in the volcanoes national park.

This exercise is to prepare you for the great life time experience of the natural beauty which starts with the first phase of tracking in the tropical forest that will provide comfort to fill the natural cool breeze of the park.

After your gorilla trek activity, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight. Gorilla habituation experience

Dinner and overnight at Lebambou Gorilla Lodge.

On this beautiful day, you will be picked by our tour guide to the capital city of Rwanda and during the Kigali city tour includes will involve a visit to the Kigali genocide memorial centre, the main city market, the presidential palace museum, artisan shops and a few other places that might interest you. After the city tour, out Guide will take you for lunch at a suitable spot.

Dinner and overnight at Hotel Des Millie Collines Kigali

Enjoy a delicious morning breakfast, and later your travel guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight back home.
